Terms & Conditions — bazivip Platform Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms Binding Agreement

By accessing bazivip — whether through a web browser, mobile browser, or any other interface — and by registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the bazivip platform without exception, including registered account holders, casual visitors, and any person accessing platform content. Where additional terms apply to specific products — such as the sportsbook, live casino, slots, or fishing games — those product-specific rules form part of these Terms & Conditions and must be read in conjunction with them.

bazivip reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, we will notify active players through the platform notification system or via the registered email address associated with the account. Changes take effect from the date stated in the updated version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction 18+

Access to and use of bazivip is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on each subsequent occasion that they access the platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. bazivip is strictly an adult platform. Underage gambling is illegal, harmful, and absolutely prohibited. If we have reason to believe that an account is held by a person under 18, that account will be immediately suspended pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated during a period of suspected underage use may be forfeited.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be accessing bazivip from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of this platform is lawful in your specific location.
3. Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who are legally restricted from entering contracts — by reason of mental incapacity, guardianship, or other legal bar — are not permitted to register or use the platform.
4. Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — either one you have placed yourself through bazivip's responsible gaming tools, or one imposed by bazivip's compliance team. Attempting to register a new account to circumvent a self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms.
5. No employee affiliation: Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and agents of bazivip — and members of their immediate families — are not permitted to hold a player account or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.

Age Verification: bazivip enforces mandatory age verification before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Bangladeshi National ID Card (NID), a valid Bangladeshi passport, or a valid Bangladeshi birth certificate in conjunction with a government-issued photo ID. Submitting false, altered, or fraudulent identity documents is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money features of bazivip — including deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, live casino, slots, and fishing games — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh.

One account per person. Each individual may hold exactly one active player account on bazivip. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same personal details, different email addresses, or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. If duplicate accounts are identified, bazivip reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and suspend withdrawals pending a compliance review.

• Accurate information: All registration details must be genuine. Providing false information, using another person's identity, or creating an account on behalf of a third party is strictly forbidden.
• Account credentials: You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. Do not share your credentials with any other person. bazivip will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain credential security.
• Contact information updates: You must keep your registered email address and mobile number current. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may result in delayed support responses, missed verification requests, or inaccessibility of account recovery options.
• KYC documents: bazivip may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time — including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or during routine compliance checks. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account restriction.
• Bangladesh mobile number: A valid Bangladeshi mobile number is required for SMS-based two-factor authentication. This is a security measure and cannot be bypassed.

bazivip reserves the right to refuse any account registration application without stating a reason, and to close any existing account found to be in breach of these Terms at any time.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bazivip supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through a range of locally integrated payment channels. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and USDT cryptocurrency. All account balances are held in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise for USDT transactions.

Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the account. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bazivip at the platform level, though individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits.

Withdrawal conditions: All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions being satisfied:

1. The account holder's identity has been verified through the KYC process and all requested documents have been accepted.
2. The minimum wagering threshold for any active bonus attached to the withdrawal amount has been fully met.
3. The withdrawal method matches the deposit method used for the relevant funds, as required under anti-money-laundering (AML) policy.
4. The withdrawal request amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to the selected payment method.
5. No active compliance hold, fraud review, or responsible gaming restriction is in place on the account.

bazivip aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method and the volume of requests at the time. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically the fastest. Bank transfer withdrawals may take additional processing time. During high-traffic periods — including BPL match days and major cricket tournaments — withdrawal processing queues may be longer than usual.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bazivip offers a range of bonuses and promotional campaigns to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit reload offers, free spins, cricket season specials, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are governed by the specific terms published at the point of the offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before the bonus amount — or any winnings derived from it — can be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in the offer terms at the time of promotion.
• One bonus per promotion: Each promotional offer is available once per player, per registered account, per household address, and per device. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Expiry: Bonuses and free spins expire if the associated wagering requirement is not met within the time window stated in the offer terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance automatically.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute at a higher rate than table games. Specific contribution rates are listed in the bonus terms for each offer.
• Bonus abuse: bazivip actively monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse — including low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to extract bonus funds without genuine play. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse may have bonuses voided and the associated winnings withheld.
• Platform authority: bazivip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Any changes to an ongoing promotion will be communicated to affected players before taking effect where operationally feasible.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming sessions on bazivip are subject to the platform's general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules applicable to the relevant product. In the event of a conflict between general platform rules and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules take precedence for that product.

Sportsbook bets: All sports bets placed on bazivip — including pre-match and live in-play bets across cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets — are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where a specific Cash Out option has been activated by the player and is available for that bet. Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet, unless a price change occurs between selection and confirmation — in which case the player will be notified and given the option to accept the revised odds.

Void bets: A bet may be declared void by bazivip in certain circumstances, including but not limited to: event cancellation, event abandonment before the relevant market reaches its conclusion point, obvious pricing errors, or confirmed instances of match integrity violations reported by recognised sports governing bodies. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance at the original stake amount.

Casino and slot games: All casino and slot game outcomes on bazivip are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) operated by the relevant game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, or other licensed providers). bazivip does not interfere with or influence any individual game outcome. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages apply over statistically significant sample sizes and are not a guarantee of specific results in any individual session.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using bazivip, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with the responsible, lawful use of the platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment instruments to fund an account.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one player account, regardless of the name, email, or device used.
• Automated systems: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated system to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform features. All genuine player activity must be conducted manually by the registered account holder.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole-card information in poker-style games, or engage in any form of collusive play to gain an unfair advantage.
• Arbitrage and matched betting abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or low-risk hedging techniques specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine engagement with the platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or reversal through your bank or payment provider without first raising the dispute with bazivip's support team. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of funds through all available legal means.
• Platform interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with bazivip's platform, infrastructure, or game software.
• Abusive conduct: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bazivip staff or other players through any platform communication channel.

bazivip employs automated monitoring systems and manual compliance review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, bazivip reserves the right to take immediate action including account suspension, balance forfeiture, withholding of pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

bazivip may suspend or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

1. Breach of Terms: Any material breach of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
2. Failed verification: Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by the compliance team.
3. Suspected fraudulent activity: Where bazivip's fraud monitoring systems flag unusual account activity that cannot be immediately resolved by the compliance team.
4. Regulatory requirement: Where closure is required by applicable law, a court order, or a directive from a relevant regulatory body.
5. Player-initiated self-exclusion: Where the account holder activates a self-exclusion period through the responsible gaming tools — see Section 2 and bazivip's Responsible Gaming policy for full details.
6. Inactivity: Accounts that have had no login activity for an extended period may be flagged as inactive. bazivip will contact the registered email address before taking any action on an inactive account.

Voluntary account closure: Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the bazivip support team at support@bazivip. Any remaining real-money balance (net of active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method following completion of identity verification. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Effect of closure: Upon account closure — whether voluntary or platform-initiated — all pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcome where operationally possible, or voided and the stake returned at bazivip's discretion. All unclaimed bonuses, promotional credits, and free spins are forfeited at the point of closure.
